Victoria’s relatives Joseph and Beatrice Boulaye founded the City of Sudbury. Its significance is enshrouded within a complexity of Black Operations akin to Oak Ridge; wherein the above ground citizenry and nation has no concept of its monumental significance.

Sudbury was integral to the victory of World War I where its mining provided 50 to 70% of the Allied Forces’ metals. The Superman ‘Man of Steel’ comic was first published just south in 1933, Toronto to ensure its commitment to what would be WWII where they provided 70 to 90 % of all of the Allied Forces metals. Victoria’s father Robert created the ‘Understanding the Earth’ series while being Vice President of TVO. This particular episode focuses on Sudbury’s work with NASA and especially the Apollo 17 Moon Missions that also came to Sudbury on Victoria’s date of her birth being May 24, 1972 Victoria Day.

As with LaBoulaye the Abolitionist in France, the promise of Liberty to keep America free from underground slavery and shallow hell holes, Sudbury is a world leader for all global bases to maintain this commitment of integrity and regard for all people; women and men as equals who work and build together.

Apollo 17th Crew were the last to be on the lunar surface. It was coordinated for them to visit Sudbury on the day of Victoria’s birth being Victoria Day, May 24, 1972.

It was confirmed in 2014 that the Sudbury meteorite was actually a comet. This being a large snowball in space that picks up debris and metals from everywhere it voyages. For this reason, Sudbury has the largest deposits of off planet rare earth metals, anywhere.
